This is a typical NFP sporting-club role requiring approximately 3–5 hours per week, with some periods a little busier around month-end and AGM. 
We use QuickBooks Online (QBO). 
The role includes an honorary membership of the Club. 
The role can be partly carried out remotely, though some on-site presence may be required.You'll also be supported by a passionate group of volunteer leaders who value good governance and clear financial reporting. 
The position is an important member of the Board of Management of the Club and will work closely with the other Board members, including the President of the Club.Key Responsibilities Ensure that the Club's debtors and creditors are managed in a timely and effective manner.Ensure that all payments and receipts are properly documented and undertaken in a timely manner.Follow up on overdue debtors (members, sponsors, function bookings). 
Recommend investment direction to the Board and monitor the Club's Investment funds.Governance & Reporting Report to the Board (in consultation with the Facilities Director and President). 
Prepare and present the Annual Budget and monthly Financial Report for the Board.Work closely with the Facilities Director and President of the club to achieve this.Present financial reports at the AGM and attend monthly Board meetings.Prepare statutory and management reports, including: Statement of Performance (P&L;), Statement of Financial Position (Balance Sheet), Cash Flow Forecast, Expenses for Approval Report, Transaction Listing by
