We are currently seeking an experienced hands-on Site Supervisor to join our expanding team on a full
- time basis.
**Your Role**:
- Day to day site management
- Scheduling of Program Works
- Leading and overseeing the site workforce
- Subcontractor coordination and management
- Reviewing construction plans
- Site Safety management and leadership
- Quality and environmental management
**Your Experience**:
- At least 5 years’ experience within the civil construction sector
- Experience in all aspects of the build process
- Experience in earth works, concrete, form work and roadworks
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Computer literacy skills
- The ability to manage projects on time and to budget.

Please note this role is predominantly working away - as our projects are based Australia Wide. All travel expenses are paid, as well as a nightly Living Away from Home Allowance.
**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
