This is your chance to work with a global facilities management leader while enjoying the benefits of a 14 days on, 14 days off rosterbased in Southeast Queensland.What you'll do:Manage staffing in consultation with the Operations ManagerWork closely with the Operations Manager to develop and implement cost minimization measures where possible.Oversee housekeeping team and front of house proceduresRostering & leading on site teamsDaily reportingTechnical troubleshooting for clients and other departments as necessaryLeading bulk cooking operations on remote sites with top-tier quality and safety standards.Managing operations profitability, budgets, and food quality standards (HACCP compliance).
