About the role
We’re seeking an enthusiastic Pest Control Assistant to join our Grain Protection team, based at our Narrabri / Moree site. You’ll report to the Grain Protection Supervisor and travel to sites in the region supporting our Pest Control Officers to carry out pest control and fumigation procedures that ensure our grain remains free of insect infestation. You’ll also undertake activities related to maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across our facilities.
About your experience
This position offers a great starting point and learning platform in a rewarding technical trade. Applicants with experience in general labour, trades and services, building and construction, or transport and logistics are encouraged to apply, though we are open to a range of experiences. An unrestricted driver’s licence is preferred, but a provisional licence will also be considered.
The willingness to travel and be away from home for short periods is essential.
