Trader House is a collective of restaurants, bars, and specialty retail stores by Melbourne-based chef, cookbook author and columnist Andrew McConnell and photographer Jo McGann. They are Gimlet, Apollo Inn, Cutler, Supernormal, Cumulus Inc., Marion, Builders Arms Hotel, Bar Miette, Meatsmith and Morning Market.

We are seeking industry professionals for a number of rewarding, newly created management roles, from Restaurant Supervisors to Venue Managers. These new leaders will help drive our businesses, provide training and development for our teams, and uphold an exceptional guest experience.

Strong candidates will have previous experience managing successful venues and be seeking an opportunity to lead in a creative, compassionate and decisive manner. Central to these positions is steadfast leadership – through a strategic long-term approach to training, recruitment and development – as well as the ability to meet financial targets while delivering a market-leading food and beverage program.
