**The Client**
My client is a leading Property Developer with a diversified national property portfolio. An Employer of Choice, values their staff, offering regular team-building events, and professional development opportunities for their staff. Reporting to the General Manager, this role would see you working across an A-Grade commercial office precinct.
**The Responsibilities**
- Analysis of the investment life-cycle, including scenario analysis and divestment strategies
- Maintain existing customer relationships
- Manage the property and operations management team
- Oversee and assist with the preparation of monthly management reports
- End-to-end portfolio management of commercial assets within the portfolio
- Re-leasing and renegotiating existing leases, liaising with solicitors, and responding professionally to tenancy inquiries
- Forecasting and acquisition-based analysis, with decision-making and reporting to Board Members
**Skills/Experience**
- Strong experience in commercial asset management with a focus on the office market
- Demonstrated analytical skills with a strong commercial acumen
- Hands-on approach and highly motivated by a challenge
- Work effectively in an open team environment
- Strong negotiation skills
- Highly competent in Excel and Microsoft Word
