We are looking for a motivated and innovative Purchasing Coordinator who will manage procurement with our external suppliers via our settlement processes, delivering the best in customer experience to our drivers.
Requirements
· Responsibility for the efficient and accurate management of all asset orders, ensuring the procurement of vehicles is aligned with the company’s / supplier’s guidelines – meeting all SLA’s / KPI’s.
o Vehicle Ordering and supplier acceptances.
o On Time Delivery management – efficient management of the order pipe, including clear and concise updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
o Vehicle confirmation process.
o Vehicle Delivery Process.
o Off Lease / vehicle return management.
· Management of shared inboxes;
· Providing consistently exceptional customer service.
We’re looking for someone who’s…
· Experience within the Leasing, Finance or Automotive industry looked upon favourably;
· Has relevant customer service experience, particularly in procurement;
· Has Background in utilisation of ERP systems including Miles;
· Well versed in the Microsoft Office suite;
· Can deliver within set service length agreements (SLA’s);
· Provides strong internal and external stakeholder management;
· Is a great problem solver and enjoys working in a vibrant and energetic team.
