About the role An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-volume Harbour Town boutique. This role is perfect for a passionate fashion retailer who loves creating an engaging store culture, driving results, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will take ownership of all aspects of store performance, from team leadership and sales results through to visual merchandising and operational excellence. This is a hands-on role for a confident leader who enjoys being on the shop floor and leading by example. What you will do Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs Lead, coach, and develop a motivated retail team Recruit, onboard, and performance manage team members Create engaging customer experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business Manage wages, rostering, and daily store operations Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain strong store presentation Analyse store performance and identify opportunities for growth Foster a positive, energetic, and results-focused team culture What you will bring Minimum 2 years' experience as a Store Manager within fashion retail preferably Strong sales leadership and KPI management capability Experience managing wages, rosters, and store profitability A passion for fashion, trends, and customer engagement Excellent visual merchandising skills and commercial awareness Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire retail teams Strong communication and organisational skills A hands-on leadership style with a positive attitude and high energy What's in it for you $63K - $65K Super, depending on experience Tuesday to Saturday roster with one late night every fortnight Monthly staff discount on the latest fashion collections Annual salary and performance reviews Opportunity to join a growing national retailer Supportive leadership team and ongoing development opportunities If you are a fashion-loving retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing teams while driving strong results, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
