**How will I help?**
The Regional Lending Manager, Business Mortgages, will be a critical people leadership within the NSW metropolitan region.
Our BHFMs are a newly created high performing team of specialists in the Small Business Lending market, who are well positioned for growth and capturing market share.
This multifaceted people leadership role will require you to not only manage a high performing team, but also be highly visible to our customers and the wider market through cross collaboration with the other lines of the business lending divisions.
