The Role
* Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and compliance. Collaborate closely with managers and team members to efficiently handle changes.
* Payroll, training, compliance, HR, recruitment activities, onboarding, and induction of new starters, managing annual and sick leave in schedules.
* Support front-of-house and administrative duties to maintain a high standard of customer service and smooth operations.
About You
* Schedule management expertise - Experience in creating and managing staff schedules, preferably in aged care or healthcare.
* Aged care experience - Previous experience in a care environment is highly valued.
* Effective communication and diplomacy - Calm, professional, and proactive when interacting with staff, residents, and families.
* Organisation and time management - Ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing demands, and work independently.
* Technical skills - Intermediate to advanced MS Office proficiency.
