The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling the movement of goods, materials, and resources across our distribution network. This will involve working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely delivery and collection of goods.
Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support, including generating reports and maintaining relevant documentation.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and safety standards.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Supply Chain Operations Specialist or in a similar role within the warehousing, storage, and distribution industry.
* Strong understanding of logistics principles, supply chain management, and transportation operations.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* Proficient in using logistics-related software, such as inventory management systems and tracking tools.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data.
* Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work well under pressure.
