Are you a compassionate and reliable individual looking to positively impact someone's life? We're currently seeking dedicatedfemale Disability Support Workers to join our experienced and supportive team, delivering 24/7 care in a participant's home.
Proposed Roster Structure
* Morning: 6:00 AM – 12:30 PM
* Afternoon: 12:30 PM – 6:00 PM
This position involves a rotating roster coveringweekdays, weekends, and passive overnight shifts .
Key Responsibilities
* Providing personal care and hygiene support
* Assisting with domestic tasks to maintain a safe, clean home environment
* Supporting social and community participation
* Preparing meals and assisting with nutritional needs
* Assisting with mobility (Sara Steady transfers)
* Medication administration support
* Certificate III or CIV in Disability or equivalent
* Current First Aid & CPR (HLTAID011 or HLTAID003)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
* National Police Check
* Minimum 12 months of direct or lived experience in disability support
* Valid driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred)
* Full rights to work in Australia
