The Role
You will be working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure contractual obligations are met, timelines are maintained, and costs are controlled.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, review, and manage contracts for subcontractors and suppliers
* Support the tendering process, including procurement and scope reviews
* Monitor and control project budgets, progress claims, and variations
* Liaise with site teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
* Track and report on project costs and timelines
* Ensure compliance with legal and company standards across all documentation
Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Strong understanding of construction contracts (AS4000, AS2124)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* High attention to detail and analytical mindset
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and JobPac highly beneficial
* Experience working in a similar role in Australia preferred
