Executive Accounts Manager
- Electrical and Plumbing knowledge would be an advantage. You will play a pivotal role in growing the business' client base.
Your duties include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
Develop plans to grow the Harvey Norman Commercial business across the QLD market
Work with key division managers to strategically identify and develop business targets
Analyse market needs and trends to identify potential new business
Source sales and business opportunities
Conduct product presentations to new and existing clients
Promote, sell and manage orders from new and existing clients
Develop, implement and maintain a customer relations program
Establish and maintain contact with new and existing clients on a regular basis
Assist customers with product queries, specification, and technical information
Weekly and monthly reporting with business activities
Qualifications
Sound experience in a sales capacity with a desire to build clientele and drive sales
Knowledge of the commercial trade will be beneficial but is not essential if you have a desire and passion to learn about the industry
Knowledge of plumbing supplies
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with people on all levels
Superb organisational skills with the ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks
Thorough attention to detail
A team player who can also work well unsupervised
Punctuality and work commitment
Problem solving and the ability to think on your feet
The ability to think outside the square
