**Key Responsibilities**
- Hours That Suit Your Lifestyle
Monday to Friday - No weekends
Hours - shifts between 8.00am and 5.00pm
Work/Life balance - 9-day fortnight
What You'll Be Doing: Answering Calls - be the friendly, professional voice patients & referrers trust Scheduling Appointments - master our cutting-edge RIS system (Karisma)
- Optimising Workflow - keep schedules running smoothly Quoting Fees - inform patients about fees & Medicare rebates Prepping Patients - ensure they have all the info they need before visiting
