About You:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 1-2 years of management or leadership experience within the sector.
* Current Working with Children Check.
* Recent Child Protection Training/Safeguarding.
* Current First-Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
* Current Food Handling Certificate or willingness to obtain.
* Passionate belief in early years care, development, and education of children.
* Strong ethics and genuine approach towards child safety and Workplace Health and Safety.
* Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience, responding positively to change.
