Key Responsibilities
* Lead estimating and cost planning initiatives, owning and presenting cost plans.
* Manage procurement processes, ensuring effective stages including prequalification, enquiry, analysis, selection, and contract preparation.
* Deliver cost management services to drive key strategic outcomes and KPIs, influencing plan development.
Requirements
* Quantity surveying or cost management degree (or equivalent).
* Professional membership, such as MRICS/RICS (or equivalent), with fellowship aspirations.
* Detailed knowledge of contracts.
* Capex vs Opex cost analysis expertise.
* Sound understanding of value engineering, life cycle costing, contract law, and contractual frameworks in construction.
* Proficient sector knowledge and expertise.
* Technical qualifications or certifications for project portfolios (or equivalent).
