About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, this role focuses on managing key major accounts and delivering exceptional service to Tier 1 and Tier 2 mining and resources customers.
You will manage the end‐to‐end supply of uniforms, workwear, safety equipment, and PPE, ensuring customers receive the right products, on time, every time.
This role suits someone who values accuracy, structure, and consistency. The work is process‐driven and detail‐oriented, with clear standards and routines that allow for forward planning.
Daily interaction with customers and suppliers is a key part of the role, requiring a professional, solution‐focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of major customer accounts within the mining and resources sector
* Build and maintain strong, long‐term relationships with customers and PPE/workwear suppliers
* Procure and supply uniforms, safety equipment, and PPE in line with site requirements
* Prepare detailed quotations for workwear, safety gear, and PPE with a high level of accuracy
* Process sales orders and manage high‐volume transactions efficiently
* Negotiate supplier pricing to achieve the best commercial outcomes
* Ensure compliance with site‐specific safety and uniform standards
* Support end‐to‐end procurement and supply chain requirements
* Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction
* Prioritise and manage multiple customer requests in a fast‐paced environment
About You
You take pride in working efficiently, accurately, and to a consistently high standard. You enjoy detail‐focused work and supporting both customers and teammates.
You have experience or a strong interest in uniforms, workwear, safety products, or PPE, and understand the importance of compliance and quality in these categories.
You perform best in structured environments where expectations are clear and teamwork is valued.
Qualifications & Skills
* Full working rights in Australia
* Experience in internal sales, account management, or customer service (preferably within PPE, workwear, or industrial supply)
* Strong understanding of uniforms, safety equipment, or PPE highly regarded
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to manage deadlines and high‐volume order processing
* SAP or ERP system experience advantageous
