Job Description:
A comprehensive administrative support role that provides a range of services to the Director and Management Team, including research and business operations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver executive-level administration support in a fast-paced Directorate.
* Provide negotiation and communication services with internal clients and external customers.
* Supervise the Business Support Coordinator and mentor to achieve objectives.
* Investigate and present research information, drafting reports and presentations.
* Manage the Director's diary, email and correspondence.
* Coordinate meetings with multiple attendees, including Council committees and external Working Groups.
* Demonstrate significant organizational and coordination skills.
* Maintain highly developed communication skills to manage difficult customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
* Signed demonstrated experience in high-level administration and executive or personal assistant roles.
* Highly developed time management skills.
* Experience in research and overseeing admin-related projects.
* Proven people management skills.
Benefits:
This is a Grade 13 position, salary range: $79,655.81 - $86,193.78 per annum plus superannuation for a 35-hour work week.
Flexible working arrangements will be considered by mutual agreement.
