We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to serve as our Chief Financial Officer. This strategic role will play a pivotal part in shaping our financial future.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of financial governance, and excellent technical abilities. A background in leading complex finance functions is essential, along with expertise in accounting, FP&A, payroll, and procurement.
This position reports directly to the CEO and requires the ability to drive commercial performance, foster innovation, strengthen governance, and build a high-performing finance team.
* Lead the Finance portfolio, encompassing Accounting, FP&A, Payroll, and Procurement.
* Act as the organization's financial steward, overseeing commercial performance, innovation, governance, and finance function development.
Requirements
* Ideal candidate: Possesses a CPA/CA qualification, with extensive experience leading finance functions in complex environments.
* Demonstrates advanced financial and commercial acumen, with technical proficiency across financial governance and statutory reporting.
