Role Summary
The role is a 12 month FTC covering maternity leave & based 4 days on site & 1 day working from home.
The Role
Reporting to a much-loved Finance Leader, this is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing, incredibly stable Accounts Payable team. The manager you'll be reporting to is genuinely one of the best, known for their supportive and easy-going nature, they've built a reputation for being fair, approachable, and highly respected. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Processed large volumes of invoices across multiple business units and systems
* Entered approved and coded invoices into the system for timely payment
* Reconciled supplier statements, handling high volume of transactions per cycle
* Responded to supplier queries and resolved payment or invoice issues
* Prepared documentation for EFT runs and supported overseas payments
* Managed the accounts payable inbox and actioned incoming requests
* Supported with invoice and payment queries
* Scanned and filed documentation to keep records organised and audit-ready

Key Skills and Experience
* End-to-end Accounts Payable experience, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment runs
* Available immediately & able to commit to a 12 month FTC
* Ability to manage high-volume workloads accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills to liaise confidently with suppliers and internal teams
* Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to support others
* Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
