**About the role and company**
Our client is an established national company that is looking for multiple experienced credit officers to join their supportive team. The role is heavily focused on maintaining and managing all aspects of the customer's account including cash collection, payment allocation, resolving disputes and credit claims. Our client requires 3 credit officers able to start immediately,
**1 role will be permanent and 2 roles will be a contract.**
**The responsibilities**
Reporting directly to the Credit Manager, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Ledger management
- Following up on outstanding debt
- Credit assessments
- Account reconciliations
- Providing a high level of customer support
- Handling telephone account queries - internal / external
- Allocating and receipting payments
- Setting up new accounts and invoicing
- Reconciling debtor accounts
**The successful applicant will have**
- 3 years experience within the Credit or Accounts Receivable space
- Strong understand of
- cash collections, debtors ledgers and credit claims
- Able to start immediately or on short notice
- Excellent communication skills, (written and verbal) for liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Navision experience an advantage
- MS Office experience required
- High attention to detail
