About the Role
**Key responsibilities include**:
Supporting the business stakeholders to understand current state and develop the target state for the Origination Service
Ensuring the Service operates effectively with the right capacity and capability
Collaborating to manage cross-Practice and Service dependencies for successful business outcomes
Effective management of Vendor and partner relationships
Developing and presenting the Service strategy and deliverables of the Service to all key stakeholders for support to drive modernisation and simplification
Effective and appropriate Incident, Problem, Configuration, change and Release Management according to technology and Group standards
Ensure the service operates in alignment with IT architecture, Lending platform strategy, and business strategy
About You
You will have broad technology leadership experience, fostering an environment that encourages collaboration and high performance - including leading teams to design, build and deliver our lending transformation within the scope of the Origination service.
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
A solid technology foundation built from either an Engineering or a Development background and have the vision to drive change through the development of new innovative technology towards cloud and microservices.
The ability to take ownership, deliver change initiatives end to end, develop roadmaps, maintain run activities, manage risk and lead the team
Ability to think strategically about how we can modernise and uplift
A proven track record of successfully implementing initiatives using Agile methodologies, including the use of Jira and Confluence
Proven project delivery experience with the ability to drive change in a high-tech development environment
Excellent communication skills, interacting with both business and technical stakeholders at various levels, including managing 3rd party relationships and vendors.
