* This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic Customer Service team as a key point of contact for our Distributor customers, including processing orders, advising on pricing and delivery enquires, and answering phone calls to provide solutions and keep our customers updated.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process orders, advise on pricing and delivery enquiries, and answer phone calls to provide solutions and keep customers updated.
* Provide exceptional customer service, building positive relationships with customers and team members across all areas of the business.
* Maintain accurate records, update notes on client files and contacts to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales, Distribution, Production, Finance, Administration, and Quality to resolve customer issues.
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service, suggesting methods to enhance customer satisfaction and internal processes.

Requirements
">
* A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a customer-facing role within a Manufacturing, Retail, Trade, Hospitality or FMCG industry.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with solid ERP/CRM system skills (SAP and Salesforce preferred).
* A collaborative style, being a team player who is positive, resilient, and adaptable.
* Exceptional time management and coordination skills, with a sense of urgency, results-focused attitude, and high attention to detail.
