About this role
As a seasoned engineering leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving project excellence and shaping sustainable infrastructure solutions. You will lead a talented team, foster a success-oriented environment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead teams to achieve strategic goals and objectives
* Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth
* Collaborate with Practice Leaders and Technical Discipline Leaders to ensure resource and technical development requirements are met
* Participate in projects as Project Manager or Project Technical Leader and oversee the talent management lifecycle of team members
* Work with Business Leaders to ensure QSE requirements are met and risk is minimized through proactive use of project management systems
Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualifications, preferably post-graduate. A minimum of 10 years' related work, leadership, financial management and consulting experience; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
A broad range of skills covering people management, business development, project delivery and business management. Professional registration in a related field.
Experience in managing teams with direct line management duties. Highly developed consulting skills to liaise with clients and other stakeholders to achieve mutually successful project outcomes. Well-developed problem-solving and negotiations skills to resolve queries.
