Responsibilities
- Assemble caravan components within assigned bays according to specifications and deadlines.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and company policies.
- Use hand and power tools safely; report equipment faults.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and maintain workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Wear required PPE at all times and adhere to all safety standards.
- Inspect finished work for quality and report issues to the Bay Leader or Supervisor.
- Monitor material usage and support process improvements.
- Record production data to support reporting and traceability.
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
- Relevant trade or mechanical assembly qualifications a plus.
- Skilled in safe and effective use of hand and power tools.
- Physically able to perform manual tasks such as lifting and standing.
- Knowledge of workplace safety and manual handling procedures.
