**About the team and the Role**
The Referral Management team are primary team responsible for processing referrals, scheduling appointments and responding to consumer enquiries by both patients, referrers and various stakeholders.
In this clerical role your primary responsibilities will include:
- Provide patients and visitors with assistance over the phone as first point of contact;
- Effective communication with patients, families and providers;
- Process referrals, schedule appointments as well as complete other tasks to support the daily operations of the referral management service.
- Complete and ensure accurate data entry.
