About the role
We are looking for an Administration Officer to join us on a temporary basis in our Maintenance team. You will work alongside team members taking calls from suppliers to approve quotes and generate work orders. This role is ideal for someone who is a natural problem solver and collaborator with a keen eye to detail.
Responsibilities
- Taking phone calls and emails from suppliers, and approving costs for service repairs in line with approved maintenance budgets.
- Creating work orders and purchase orders.
- Assist in taking inbound calls when necessary.
- Ad hoc administration tasks as necessary
What you'll bring
- Min 2 years experience in a rapid paced administration role
- A high proficiency in using a variety of computer systems
- Ability to identify and resolve problems
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable taking phone calls and dealing with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Maintenance servicing experience is a bonus but not essential
