**About the Role**

An Australian-owned company and one of the leading telecommunications providers in the country is seeking a Sales Support Administrator, to support their team of BDM's who work across the Corporate and Government markets.

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will be working in the exciting, ever-changing and fast-moving satellite technology space. Ideally, you will have a passion for technology and innovation, which will see you able to provide outstanding customer care to clients and sales administration support, including preparation of quotations and reports and ensuring pipeline opportunities and sales leads are managed effectively and efficiently. **Duties**:

- Create and complete quotes including pricing, stock inventory, freight calculations, and deliveries
- Support the Sales team ensuring pipeline opportunities are managed efficiently including follow-up on leads
- Processing Sales orders and setting up of new accounts
- Providing administrative support to the Sales team
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions as required
- Schedule customer appointments and conferences
- Provision of sales reports and sales data for the BDM's

**Skills and Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in a sales support, order processing administration role
- High-level administration and organisational skills
- An understanding of technology and the ability to confidently work with in-house computer systems
- Satellite, cellular, or telecommunications knowledge or similar would be highly advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Pro-active thinker, who can work autonomously and in a team environment
- High-level MS Office skills, including Excel, Word & Outlook
