About the Role:
The School Engagement Team Manager is a key leadership role within our organisation. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our School Engagement Managers (Key Account Managers), providing coaching, mentoring, and fostering a culture of career development and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to develop and execute strategic approaches to increase customer engagement and drive annual recurring revenue.
The key aspects of this role involve building strong relationships with our existing Schoolbox customers, ensuring retention through regular communication, and identifying opportunities to expand their use of Schoolbox and our partner products.
You will also be responsible for the commercial requirements and customer engagement involving our Premier Partners, including effective deal development and management, and developing processes to effectively engage and manage customers throughout their journey with the product.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership position within a Key Account Manager role.
* A minimum of 2 years' exposure to SaaS or EdTech markets in ANZ or enterprise industries.
* A consultative approach to creating customer relationships.
* The ability to confidently represent Schoolbox at various events such as conferences, user forums, and industry events.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience selling into or working within the SaaS industry.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience creating deep relationships and supporting stakeholders at a C-Suite level.
