Senior Safety Lead
We seek an accomplished Senior Safety Lead to spearhead our organisation's WHS Management System.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for fostering a proactive safety culture through coaching, mentoring and guidance. You will lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Coach and mentor employees to adopt a risk-based approach to managing WHS;
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance WHS performance across the business;
* Provide technical advice and support to manage complex safety projects and investigations;
* Oversee internal audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions;
* Manage injury claims and worker compensation processes to achieve timely resolutions;
* Investigate critical incidents, providing expert analysis and recommendations;
* Design and deliver WHS training programs to upskill staff in workplace safety and wellbeing practices;
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement safety policies and procedures that align with industry standards.
