About the role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for the management of two shopping centres, working in a collaborative setting with support from administration and finance teams. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to make their mark and contribute to the ongoing success of these centres.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage the financial performance of the centres, maximising income, controlling expenditure, and monitoring retail sales.
Maintain high occupancy rates through effective leasing, renewals, rent reviews, and tenant engagement.
Compile monthly management reports and review tenant sales and rent runs.
Manage arrears, accruals, and prepayments with support from the accounts team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and service providers.
About you
To ensure your success, you will have:
Certificate IV Real Estate (VIC)
Experience managing a similar portfolio (retail/shopping centres preferred)
Knowledge of the Retail Leases Act (VIC) and relevant legislative requirements
Demonstrated commercial acumen and problem-solving ability
Proven relationship management skills with landlords, tenants, and industry professionals
