About the role
Australian Food & Fibre is searching for proactive and reliable casual Warehousing Assistants for our Narrabri Warehousing Operations.
Responsibilities of this role include:
- Assist with all aspects of grain handling operations, including receiving andunloading and grain from trucks and other equipment.
- Assist with packing and storage activities for grain and cotton.
- General labour tasks, including shoveling andsweepinggrain and cotton seed.
- Participating in continuous improvement activities for the Warehousing department, ensuring best practices and procedures for handling grain andcotton.
- Maintaining a high standard of safety, hygiene and presentation of the Warehouse facilities.
- Performing ad hoc duties and tasks at the Warehouse Manager's discretion.
Desired Skills and Experience
About you
We're looking for team players eager to learn recent skills and thrive in a supportive environment. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in grain handling operations,warehousing and distribution operations, and familiarity with AQIS regulations.
