Job Title:
Supervise and coordinate workshop activities to ensure timely project completion and quality deliverables.
This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with site personnel on-site. You will report directly to the Plant Manager and be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage workshop operations and optimize workflow
* Collaborate with site personnel to achieve project objectives
* Provide regular updates to the Plant Manager on workshop activities
* Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures
Required Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in a similar supervisory role (5 years +)
* Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic systems
* Excellent computer and systems skills
* A solid understanding of machinery maintenance and repair principles
