Senior Façades Project Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Façades Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-profile hospital development projects and other large-scale commercial builds nationwide.

As a Senior Façades Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading full project lifecycles from planning and procurement to delivery and installation. You will oversee materials, labour, subcontractors, and resources to achieve program milestones. You will also build strong partnerships with Tier 1 builders, architects, engineers, and consultants.
The successful candidate will have 5-10+ years' project management experience in façade, glazing, or cladding systems, along with qualifications in Construction Management, Civil or Structural Engineering, or Architecture. They will possess proven success in leading complex, large-scale projects to time, cost, and quality targets, as well as strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead full project lifecycle from planning and procurement to delivery and installation
* Oversee materials, labour, subcontractors, and resources to achieve program milestones
* Build strong partnerships with Tier 1 builders, architects, engineers, and consultants
* Ensure quality, compliance, and safety through on-site leadership and inspections
* Provide accurate project reporting, identify risks, and implement effective solutions
* Drive excellence and innovation while representing the company as an industry leader
Requirements:
* 5-10+ years' project management experience in façade, glazing, or cladding systems
* Qualifications in Construction Management, Civil or Structural Engineering, or Architecture
* Proven success in leading complex, large-scale projects to time, cost, and quality targets
* Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project (or similar tools)
* Current Construction White Card and valid Driver's Licence
