THE ROLE
Responsibilities
Based at our Macgregor store and averaging approximately 51 hours per fortnight including every second weekend (Saturday and Sunday), the key responsibilities of this part time role include:
Provide expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customersPromote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accountsDevelop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choiceAchieve and exceed personal sales targetsSupport other team members to ensure business goals are metContribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeepingSupport your local community and charitable organisations
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualities:
Previous experience in a retail environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with your customersAn energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your jobCompetency in POS systems and Microsoft OfficeThe ability to multi-task and prioritise your work effectivelyA strong attention to detail
