THE ROLE:
You will act as the first point of contact for the business, setting the standard for how prospective clients experience our Buyers Agency from their very first interaction. This role plays a critical part in shaping trust, confidence, and alignment from the outset.
You will operate across both client acquisition and client success, guiding prospects through initial conversations, qualifying and onboarding new clients, and ensuring a seamless transition to the Buyers Agent. Throughout the client journey, you will remain a trusted point of contact, supporting both clients and the internal team to deliver outstanding outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Include:
CLIENT ENGAGEMENT & SALES
* Engaging with prospects who have registered through our marketing funnels
* Conducting initial conversations and qualifying prospective clients
* Managing a schedule of calls and follow-up appointments
* Whilst leads will be provided, you will also be expected to proactively source and cultivate your own opportunities to grow the business and your results
* Client engagement and onboarding new clients into the Buyers Agency
* Supporting the Buyers Agent and Project Administrator throughout the fulfilment process
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and client data
* Helping ensure a smooth, professional client experience from first contact through to settlement.
* Overseeing a referral program and engaging new referral partners
* Weekly & Monthly reporting
Support & Internal Coordination
* Supporting the Buyers Agent with client & agent communication, follow-ups, and documentation
* Supporting the Project Administrator to ensure client files, CRM data, and project details are accurate and up to date
* Tracking and recording all relevant client interactions and data within the CRM
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative sales, values structure and organisation, and takes pride in being a key player in a small team.
WHAT IS REQUIRED OF THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT?
* Minimum Qualification REIQ Real Estate Registration Certificate
* Excellent conversational skills
* Ethical approach to sales
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
* Highly motivated and results driven
* Have a current driver's licence and your own reliable car
* Be fully computer literate
* Willingness to "go the extra mile"
* History in Real Estate Industry and/or House and Land Packages Sales advantageous
* History in a BDM position advantageous
* Have direct knowledge or experience in Property Investing
* Be passionate about working in a place which makes a difference to people's lives
