Job Title: 2 x Social Work Field Educators
About the Role:
The Centre for Community Research Collaboration has two exciting opportunities within the School of Social Sciences for a Social Work Field Educator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing placement projects and providing social work supervision to students engaged in their field education at the Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and develop social work placement projects with community partners
- Provide social work supervision to students and ensure compliance with University policies and procedures
- Manage effective relationships with external organisations and community partners
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Social Work, be eligible for AASW membership, and have at least five years of post-qualifying experience. They will have supervised social work students and understand placement requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as strong project management and administrative skills.
