This is a hands-on role offering excellent earning potential and the opportunity to step into a leadership position within a fast-paced, well-established environment.About the Role: As the Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day electrical maintenance, ensuring all systems and machinery operate efficiently and safely.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of two electricians, coordinating maintenance tasks, and playing an active role in troubleshooting and repairs.Shift:Permanent Day ShiftMonday to FridayOvertime available as required$58 per hour + superannuation + overtimeKey Responsibilities:As the Electrical Supervisor you will supervise and support a team of two electriciansThe Electrical Supervisor will perform and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and installationsThis Electrical Supervisor will diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimise production downtimeThe Electrical Supervisor will ensure compliance with WHS regulations and electrical standardsThe Electrical Supervisor will liaise with production and maintenance teams to prioritise tasksAs the Electrical Supervisor you will keep accurate records of work performed and equipment statusAssist in planning and execution of electrical projects and improvementsRequirements:Current and valid Electrical License (NSW)Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or industrial settingPrevious leadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong fault-finding and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and organisational abilitiesCommitment to safety and quality work standardsBenefits:Full-time, stable employment with a reputable companyCompetitive hourly rate with overtime opportunitiesPositive and supportive team cultureLeadership role with real responsibility and autonomyInterested in taking the next step in your electrical career?
