Customer Sales & Service / Retail Assistant
Flexible hours Monday‐Friday. Flexibility in scheduling is essential to meet the needs of the business. A valid driver's licence is required.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and organising stock
* Assisting with overflow deliveries
* Helping at the front counter
* Answering phone enquiries
* Serving and assisting customers
* Always keep a safety focus to ensure personal safety, and that of teammates & customers
* Provide genuine service & create moments that matter with customers
* Use strong customer service to contribute to positive sales performance
* Maintain exceptional showroom presentation & merchandising standards
* Process stock; receive, dispatch & store
* Be an enthusiastic, cooperative & collaborative team member, and contribute to a positive team culture
Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.
