About the Role:
You will be responsible for managing all finance and accounting operations, including developing and improving internal control policies and procedures, as well as managing financial risk. Your specific responsibilities will include:
* Managing all accounting operations, including Billing, Payroll, A/R, A/P, GL, and P&L integrity, and revenue recognition.
* Leading and mentoring a high-performing finance team.
* Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
* Engaging with internal stakeholders to understand, suggest, and support strategic planning and direction of group and individual business units.
* Coordinating closing, forecasting, budgeting process, CAPEX, and cash flow control.
* Managing the month-end and year-end close process.
* Preparing monthly Board reports for review by the CFO.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Prior experience performing the above-listed tasks.
* A 'hands-on' work ethos and the ability to lead from the front.
* A professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA).
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a company with a turnover of less than $400m.
* Strong analytical and systems knowledge within a manufacturing or retail industry.
