* Previous experience with beekeeping and hive management (natural or minimal-intervention approach) is a must.
* At least 3-5 years of experience in beekeeping and related activities are required for consideration.
* Strong observational skills, scientific curiosity, and a hands-on attitude are vital for success in this field.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead R&D for sustainable and innovative apiculture practices.
* Enhance field data collection by optimizing existing Excel spreadsheets for use on mobile devices.
* Conduct data collection, analysis, and hive performance monitoring.
* Participate in queen breeding, rearing, and hive management activities.
* Genetic tracking and trait selection are also crucial aspects of this role.
Requirements:
* Beekeeping experience and natural or minimal-intervention approach preferred.
* Ability to work in field conditions with gloves-free handling.
* MR or HR License – advantageous but not necessary.
* No bee allergies are tolerated in the workplace.
