Job Title: Administration Officer – Communications
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic communications team. As an administration officer, you will be responsible for managing communication requests and task assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage communication requests and task assignments.
* Maintain a well-organized communications information/document repository.
* Coordinate marketing collateral and campaign materials.
* Develop reports, meeting agendas and minutes.
* Support the communications coordinator with administrative tasks.
* Assist with member communications and website maintenance as required.
* Proofread and edit communication content.
Requirements:
* Strong administrative and project management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
* A relevant qualification in administration, project management, or communications is preferred but not essential.
