As a Technical Services Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing remote and on-site support to clients. This dynamic position requires the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and as an independent contributor.


Key Responsibilities

* Maintain duplicate system environments for testing and troubleshooting purposes, ensuring seamless integration and minimizing downtime.
* Record and document all client issues through a comprehensive issue tracking system, promoting transparency and facilitating efficient resolution.
* Plan and practice for system implementation and upgrade projects, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
* Review and contribute to product documentation, enhancing the overall user experience and ensuring accuracy.
* Perform first-line support functions and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues, leveraging technical expertise to deliver prompt and effective solutions.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* 3-5 years of user and admin support experience for an enterprise-class software system, demonstrating a solid understanding of complex systems and processes.
* Solid understanding and experience with Fleet Management Systems and High-Precision and/or Machine Health Products, showcasing expertise in data analysis and interpretation.
* Databases SQL (advanced administration ability), OpenTSDB, InfluxDB (moderate), highlighting proficiency in data storage and retrieval.
* Real-Time software systems, Mobile Computing, Windows networking experience, exemplifying knowledge of cutting-edge technologies.
* Virtual machine environments, Linux server administration (moderate), Windows server administration (moderate), illustrating adaptability and versatility in IT environments.
* Global Navigation Satellite Systems with an understanding of Real Time Kinematic systems, demonstrating a strong foundation in geospatial technology.
