Qualifications & Experience
* P403/P404 or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
* Previous experience as a site analyst within the asbestos industry.
* Fully conversant with the asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
* Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficient with the Microsoft Office package.
Role Responsibilities
* Undertaking asbestos smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, four‐stage clearances, re‐occupation and personal air testing.
* Overseeing contractors on site ensuring adherence to asbestos Health and Safety procedures.
* Producing comprehensive asbestos reports.
* Establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with clients.
