The role will include (but not limited to)
Assisting the GM with day to day functions
Working collaboratively to provide administrative support including onboarding new staff, reviewing staff timesheet entries, managing leave requests and calendars.
Reviewing and updating corporate documentation and policies
General reception duties, including telephone management
Other duties may include, providing support with diary management, travel arrangements, logistics support and the coordination of meetings with internal stakeholders.
Key selection criteria to be addressed:
Experience in MS Office, in particular, Excel and Word.
Knowledge of Xero payroll (We will also train you)
Strong written and verbal skills
A high level of computer literacy
Confident telephone manner and strong customer service focus
High standards of integrity and reliability
Ability to Follow Directions
**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
