This national Facilities Management Provider holds market leadership within several niche Facilities Service streams within their well-established Trading Divisions and has been enjoying sustained growth in their Facilities Services operations within Australia.
To support their NSW/ACT team in ensuring high-quality service delivery to a large portfolio of clients, they require an experienced Facilities Coordinator / EA to support their State Manager. While the initial need is for temporary support, there the opportunity to transfer to a permanent role.
You will have at least 5 years' experience in general administrative duties supporting in-house or Service Provider Facilities Management teams, and 3 years' Facilities Coordinator experience.
You will have experience across the MS Office suite, along with PowerPoint and CAFM experience.
You will be responsible for:
- Reviewing current documentation, including : - Facilities Services Induction Manuals, JSA's, MSDS, Operations Manuals and Method Statements - updating / modifying to meet contractual obligations and implementing any legislative changes.
- Preparing Client and Board presentations
- State Manager's Diary Management
- Coordinating of materials and supplies for new contract mobilisations.
- Undertake Client and Site visits when required.
