We're looking for a skilled and creative Nail Technician to join our client-focused salon team. In this role, you'll beautify nails using the latest techniques and trends while making clients feel pampered, confident, and cared for. What You'll Be Doing
Nail Services
* Paint and design fingernails and toenails
* Shape, clean, and care for nails
* Apply gel, acrylic, dipping powder, and builder gel
* Recommend colours, designs, and embellishments
* Remove old polish and prep nails for application
Client Experience
* Provide a friendly, relaxing, and personalised service
* Offer hand and foot massages as part of the treatment
* Upsell treatments and recommend at-home nail care tips
* Inform clients of special offers and loyalty perks
* Build strong client relationships and remember preferences
Salon Hygiene & Safety
* Sterilise tools and maintain a clean workstation
* Ensure proper sanitation procedures are followed
* Prepare and reset the nail station between clients
Tools You'll Be Using
* Fresha – for managing your appointments and client records
* Payroller – for logging hours and processing payroll
What We're Looking For
* Experience as a Nail Technician or Manicurist
* Skilled in basic and advanced nail techniques
* Creative flair and a strong sense of style
* Knowledge of current nail trends and designs
* Certification in Nail Art or Cosmetology (preferred)
* Great communication and customer service skills
* Available to start ASAP
