• Diploma or higher in a relevant field (e.g., business, education, social sciences).
• Proven experience in leadership and program management, preferably in a non-profit or community organization setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Ability to think strategically, with a focus on achieving organizational goals and objectives.
