We are currently seeking a Store Manager for our store in Victoria.
What you will be doing
The Store Manager will lead, motivate, and coach the store team to meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and compliance standards using our training tools. You will ensure exceptional customer service and product knowledge, recruit and retain top talent, and promote the CT culture by embodying our brand values. You will identify sales opportunities, generate corporate activity, and foster new business. Building strong relationships with peers and Head Office departments is essential to handle store matters such as stock control, payroll, budgeting, layout, promotions, staff development, and employee relations. You will make commercial decisions to support the store, particularly in visual merchandising, with support from our VM team to ensure visuals reflect our brand identity. As the store leader, you will manage daily operations, champion colleague engagement, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Store Manager, demonstrating the ability to lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve excellent results.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills with customers and stakeholders are essential.
Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain a long-term vision, are required.
A highly commercial mindset, along with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, is important for influencing and persuading at various levels within and outside the company.
